I am currently renting out my car park via this website. When I had doubts regarding the seriousness of the rental requests of my current renter, I wrote an email explaining my worries. The General Manager answered within hours, addressing each worry and concluding that I can go ahead with accepting the booking.
He had gone above and beyond, having contacted the renter and asked for ID verification, driving license and an explanation for the "red flags" I had found. He even verified that the registered renter's bank account worked.
